If you are a parent who has just experienced the stillbirth of your child, you have probably arrived here looking for support and resources. There are many things you must address; however, your immediate need is to say hello and goodbye in a much too short time, and in a way that will maximize memories and minimize regrets. We know this is a very difficult time for you and your family and want to help in any way we can. We encourage you to take advantage of available resources immediately and would be honored to help locate or provide such resources for you.

If you are a parent of a stillborn baby wanting to reach out or connect with others who have experienced the same, please join us by signing in Here. This will provide you access to our Peer Support Board where parents can communicate with one another.
Hospitals & Medical Professionals:
If you are a medical professional searching for assistance or support, 1st Breath can provide you with a number of resources. Upon learning that a baby will be stillborn you may want to have us locate a certified Loss Doula or Hospice specializing in assisting families from the moment they learn of their baby's passing through the days following the memorial or funeral service. Your hospital may register to participate in our Compassion Care Kit program that will help you provide compassionate and continuing care to families. You may also locate resources for additional training pertaining to stillbirth and early infant death. Perhaps you yourself need support after working with a stillborn baby. 1st Breath can provide numerous resources, many being free of charge. To participate Click Here.
